There are New Netbooks right now that comes with windows 7 but its only the starter version so here are easy steps on how to upgarde to windows 7 ultimate;
First of all, go to Start Menu then in the search box, type "windows anytime upgrade" then click on it.
But before that, you must have the product key, if not then buy one either in stores near you or online (it doesn't cost that much.
Next, as you open windows anytime upgrade, click on windows 7 ultimate in the options on what version you want to upgrade to.
Then, click upgrade and it will start to upgrade which will take about 10 minutes or less depending on your computers speed.
Afterwards it will update drivers and features then you already have the windows 7 ultimate.
There are downloadable Keygens in the web for windows anytime upgrade but I personally discourage you on using those because it will greatly affect the stability of your PC and sometimes it makes it vulnerable from Malawares and spywares even with the presence of antivirus.
