HOW TO ACCESS BLOCKED SITES USING ULTRASURF

Hey guys, I going to teach you on how to access blocked sites in your School, Office, or Other places.
There are lots of things that hinders us to surf the web freely such as fortinet internet security firewall. Now how does thing thing block your favorite site such as facebook and youtube? Well, it is because it blocks your ip adress that belongs to that network over which the firewall is extended. So now, we are going to bypass that by using portable proxy software and VPNs such as Ultra Surf and Hotspot Sheild.

I am using Ultrasurf so that what I'm going to teach you, you can download it at, http://www.ultrasurf.us
Now, the first thing you need to do is to download it (maybe from some internet cafe) then save it in a flash drive. It's a portable software so it doesn't require any installation process, you'll just have to plug in the flash drive where you placed it.
Next thing is to run the program where you want to bypass the webfilter, such as in the school. then after you run it, click on options, then check the box that says "do not use IE" then close it.
The next step is to open up a browser, preferably firefox, then go to options>options>security>network>settings. then check the manualy configure proxy, then type in 127.0.0.1 on the proxy and 9666 for the port. and your done.
Start ultrasurf again and use firefox.

Making Your PC safer without Spending

Ever wonder how to make your PC much safer from spywares, malawares, viruses and Etc.? Well certainly I did wonder before. I used to reformat my PC 3 times because of pesky spywares and then I've learned about Linux operating system. I'm pretty sure you've heard about it, but there is more to it than what you've just heard from someone else. It's a lot better than Windows when it comes to security and better than Mac OS when it comes to the price, 'cause it is all free, it's an open source operating system. There are lots of Linux OS such as kubuntu and Linux mint, but what i'm using now is Ubuntu 11.04 ( Natty Narwhal) which is  the latest release of Ubuntu. It comes with a  Unity interface for a much easier access.
Want to check it out? just visit http://www.ubuntu.com/ and you will be able to see options there how to download it and try it without installing it yet.

Now how does it make your PC safer? Well, First, It is a Unix  based operating system that is commonly used on Servers worldwide because of it complex structure, more complex than that of the Windows. And because it is complex, that Usual virus or spyware that are made in Windows will not be executed and it will be useless. Besides, upon the Installation of Ubuntu, there are already Security features included and updates are readily available due to the fact that it is open source or freely downloadable without any payments to be made so you don't need to buy those expensive Anti-virus Software. It is not 100% safe from viruses but because there is no form of Unix virus existing as of the moment, and  even if those windows virus attach themselves to your files, they wont run because you will have to execute them as a superuser ( done by typing sudo in the command  line) so it cannot replicate itself and harm other files. So let us say, Linux is about 70-80% safe compared to Windows and Mac (although it is also Unix based, but the permissions and file executions is somewhat different than Linux). And the best of all, almost all of its software are free, with the software center, applications and software are easy to get.

Open-source. It's free, now, why is it so? It is because there are lots of developers that are developing such software and programs that are not looking for profit but are looking forward to improve computing. And also, It is easier to develop software in Linux because it is a GNU (gnu's not unix) operating system which was launched  in 1984 with all the utilities and tools to create programs with freedom so, different authors, different sources produce the same quality of software. If one decides to sell his program, then users will just tend to create their own or download from other authors  who offers it for free.

If your interested, then just try it, you can install it side by side with Windows or Mac. It's free and cool.

HOW TO CREATE A CHRISTMAS LANTERN FROM STRAWS

Instead of throwing used straws from gatherings or occasions, you can utilize it to make a very creative work of art that symbolizes the yuletide season -- a Christmas Lantern.

  Materials:
Used straw
Stapler and staples
Old scratch papers
or News Papers
Scissors

  Procedures:

     1. First thing to do is to wash the used straws ( it might be dirty).

     2. Then next is to cut the straws into these sizes;
-Original size (approximately 10 inches): 40 pcs
-Half of the original size crosswise (approximately 5 inches): 10 pcs
-One fourth (approximately 2.5 inches): 10 pcs

     3. Connect the ends of the 10" straw to form a star shape using the stapler. (it will require 10 straws.) Then Make Another one.

     4. Connect the 2 star shapes you've made so to make a double layer.

     5. Now staple the Half size straws as in the picture and then the 1/4 size straws in the front and back

     6. Then attach the 10" straws at the middle of each side as seen on the picture.

     7. Next is to cut off five shorts straws of equal sizes from the remaining straws that you have.(about 2 inches). It will be used as the braces which will make the lantern look inflated. Place them on the corners of the pentagon shape formed inside the star. you can do this by using the stapler.

    8. It is almost finished. But still you can add some more designs on your lantern. You can add a decoration tail out of the old news papers or scratch papers.
       * get a paper, Fold it into 1/4, then fold it diagonally forming a triangle.
       * next is to cut it alternately from each opposite sides (just leave a little space before it is thoroughly cut).
       * open it then reverse it so that you can see the pattern of the tail.

Just attach it to your Lantern and now it is completed.

UPGRADING FROM WINDOWS 7 STARTER TO ULTIMATE

There are New Netbooks right now that comes with windows 7 but its only the starter version so here are easy  steps on how to upgarde to windows 7 ultimate;

First of all, go to Start Menu then in the search box, type "windows anytime upgrade" then click on it.

But before that, you must have the product key, if not then buy one either in stores near you or online (it doesn't cost that much.
Next, as you open windows anytime upgrade, click on windows 7 ultimate in the options on what version you want to upgrade to.
Then, click upgrade and it will start to upgrade which will take about 10 minutes or less depending on your computers speed.
Afterwards it will  update drivers and features then you already have the windows 7 ultimate.

There are downloadable Keygens in the web for windows anytime upgrade but I personally discourage you on using those because it will greatly affect the stability of your PC and sometimes it makes it vulnerable from Malawares and spywares even with the presence of antivirus. It is still best to purchase the genuine ones.
